With over a decade of experience in massage therapy, I have dedicated much of my career to working with athletes, specializing in deep tissue massage, muscle tension relief and recovery.
Over the years, my approach has evolved to incorporate a combination of Swedish relaxation techniques and deep tissue massage. This balance allows me to provide a personalized experience that focuses on relieving physical discomfort while promoting a sense of calm, relaxation and overall well-being.
I believe that massage is about more than just the physical body. I am deeply intuitive and value the connection between mind, body and energy. My goal is to create a peaceful, healing environment where clients feel comfortable, respected and cared for.
